Hotel Spa Package
Ganga Spa runs 20 centres across India and At GANGA SPA we offer the time tested therapies of Kerala with the help of experienced doctors and trained therapists. We offer export consultion, indoor stay for treatment facilities with high standards of hygiene and top quality service We would like to operate the Spa in your hotel as per following terms and conditions. We shall manage and operate the Spa on the revenue sharing basis (as per the terms mentioned bellow for a period of two years). If both the parties can be extended further period on completion at present term. Revenue sharing ratio shall be 50% to the Ganga and 50% to the hotel cost sharing shall be in the following guide Lines. 1. Ganga will provide cost of recruiting relocating and training staff including all training supplies and trainer`s fees. 2. Staff salaries, uniforms, food, Medical Insurance and other staff related facilities. 3. Spa products both professional and retail these pertain to disposable undergarment, shampoos shower gels, creams and lotions required for the different Spa therapies. 4. Total 150 spa therapies complimentary for managements and fest of the hotel in one calendar year. 5. (purchase all spa lines such as sheets, hand towels bathmats and including staff uniform. 6. Ganga ill provide all printed items such as menu card`s filers, promotions tent cards. 7. Staff accommodation...... a. Hotel should provide all legal licensing statuary requirement compliance. b. Provided venue for training (complementary) c. Construction furnishing and equipment of Spa. d. light, power A.C & water e. Repairs maintenance such as painting, polishing, pumping, equipment repair etc. On going housekeeping daily through cleaning of time in a day only. f. Washing quality control and inventory maintenance for Spa line. g. Laundry expenses Spa towels as well as all Spa staff uniforms. h. Music player. i.
